Badly need some help for my CD4 test

My CD4 count is due by mid July. Im currently in Cebu procrastinating on what to do with my life.

Resigned with my hospital work just recently. 

Im broke.

I need some help for my fare going back to manila since my treatment hub is in RITM Alabang (since theyre the only hub i  can count for a CD4 for free).

Its gonna be my second CD4 test since i had my "traumatic first". I hope all is well though ive been really really stressed for the past month. 

When i mean stressed no sleep and lack of eat, bad yah know :-(

I am really stucked here in Cebu all of my papers are in the RITM treatment hub so i wont be accommodated by the treatment hubs nearby. 

My family doesnt know my situation only my bestfriend does. So im begging on my knees for good heart any help will much be appreciated. ill do my best to save on my end.

Im planning on transferring all my papers from RITM to the nearest treatment hub anyway its gonna be the same if instill choose Alabang, even though its free its gonna be the fare back and forth (MNL-CEBU) i would worry about. While if i choose Cebu even if it isnt free its near to where i am. (Pufffft) i still wanna live ive had a lot of dreams i hope id be back on track one day even if its different from my original plans. 

Still not sure if i should be back to the Hospital work, im worried that i might get some communicable disease. Thats the reason im jobless.
